Our fleet typically makes deliveries between 6:00am and 2:00pm Monday thru Friday.  Depending on your specific needs, however, deliveries can be made 24/7 if arrangements are scheduled ahead of time.

We have 48 x 40 and some other common pallets in stock.  We also keep 48 x 40 Heat Treated pallets in stock.  These pallets are available for pickup immediately or can be delivered the next day.  Other specialty sizes, new pallets, or heat-treated pallets may take up to a week or so to process and deliver.

There is no minimum order but there may be a delivery charge for small orders under 100 pallets.  Otherwise you can always pick at our location.

Yes, but there may be a charge for picking up if the value of the pallets is less than the cost to send a driver and truck.

Yes, we are a small company and our office personal is often out meeting with customers.  Just leave a message and we will call and confirm the order or deliver within the next day.

Yes, if you come during our normal business hours.  Otherwise call ahead of time and we can make special arrangements for weekends or after hours.  Also, please call ahead of time if you need to use a loading dock so we can schedule an appointment and make sure a dock is available.

Typically the forklift driver will give you a receipt for pallets dropped off.  Within the next day or two, our crew will go through the pallets to sort and grade them.   Once the pallets are graded, the office can send a check or keep a running total until your next visit.

We have several different sizes available for storage.  You can just come to our shop to see what pallets are available at different prices and pick out what you need.

Pricing can vary depending on size, used vs new wood, and multiple other factors.  To get an accurate quote, it's best to call or email us so we can build you a pallet that best fits your needs.

The main factors in determining what you need are : size, weight of your product, weight distribution, usage (ie. Food grade pallets, industrial, storage, etc) and whether it will be shipped out of the country.  Please call us and we can guide you in the right direction and provide you with a quote.

We accept check, cash, ACH, and credit cards.  Fees may apply to payments made by card depending on the size of the order.
